- IGF::CL::IGF JANITORIAL/CUSTODIAL SERVICES for the Selma To Montgomery Trail-for the Tuskegee Institute National Historic Site in Tuskegee, AL; Services, no green. This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice and this announcement does NOT constitute the Request for Proposal (RFP). It is anticipated that the RFP will be issued on or about January 7, 2015. The National Park Service (NPS), Southeast Region (SER), East Major Acquisition Buying Office, 100 Alabama Street, SW, 1924 Building, 5th Floor, Atlanta (Fulton County), Georgia is seeking to solicit services for janitorial/custodial for the Selma to Montgomery National Historic Trail, Lowndes County Interpretive Center. These services will be performed within the state of Alabama, specifically Lowndes County. The services include janitorial services/custodial care for the Lowndes Interpretive Center. The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials and supervision required to execute the work as described in the specifications. The government, in accordance with FAR 16.203 anticipates award of a firm fixed price contract with an economic price adjustment. The government anticipates awarding a contract for a base year with four option years. The economic price adjustment will be based on increases or decreases to the current wage determination issued at the time of the government ¿s notice of intent to exercise the option year. The pricing schedule will be for the base year and for each subsequent option years as shown on the attached proposal pricing schedule. Award will be made to the lowest responsive/responsible offer that submits pricing for all items on the pricing schedule. Funds are currently available for this project work for the base period only. The NAICS is 561720, Janitorial Services with a size standard of $18.0 million. The PSC is S201, Custodial and Janitorial Services. Small, women-owned, and small disadvantaged, HUBzone, Veteran-Owed and Service-Disabled Veteran Owned firms are strongly encouraged to participate as prime contractors or as members of joint ventures with other small businesses.
