- The Air Combat Command (ACC), Acquisition Management and Integration Center (AMIC), Langley Air Force Base is interested in information to determine potential sources for the course described and product herein. The intention for this requirement is to go Sole Source to KEYW Corporation using 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(A). Sources must be able to provide hands-on instruction in Spanish set in a classroom environment at a Government of Mexico facility in Mexico City, Mexico in order to equip up to 30 students with technical knowledge, skills and ability to conduct digital evidence collection and analysis activities. The scope of the course is unique but has the expectation that the contractor shall provide qualified personnel to develop the training plans of instruction (POI) and course material and conduct training for this requirement, ensuring the continuity and consistency of training from individual course development through course execution for effective and standardized student training for the course identified. At a minimum, the POIs and course material shall address the following; course description, course administration, course-level and topic-level learning objectives, instructional methods, student assessment methodology, and student documentation. The proposed phasing, instruction methodology and determination of instructional materials are the responsibility of the contractor. The course material (student documentation) shall include a training syllabus, all presentation slides, handouts, and reference material used to teach each of the courses. It is preferred that one source provide all necessary training in: 1. STRIKE TM Customized Classroom Instruction - Provide a customized course in fluent Spanish to students that are native Spanish speakers and equip them with the technical knowledge, skills and ability to effectively conduct digital evidence collection and analysis activities using the STRIKE digital media exploitation suite. 2. STRIKE TM digital media exploitation kit to include a maintenance package - Provide for expedient counterterrorism operations, force protection activities, checkpoint screenings and criminal investigations. THIS SOURCES SOUGHT IS FOR INFORMATION AND PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY. The Government is seeking industry input from all sources at this time to determine what resources are available and if there are capable small businesses for a Total Small Business set-aside or a Pool for Small Businesses. Interested Small Business concerns are highly encouraged to respond to this request. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 611420 with a size standard of $11M. Interested parties must be registered under NAICS 611420 in SAM (System for Award Management) at www.sam.gov. Period of Performance: 8-14 March 2015
