- Title: 2015 Hawaii Clean Air, Energy and Climate Change Projects The purpose of this amendment is to extend the submission due to Tuesday January 20, 2015, 5:00pm HT. All other Solicitation information remains the same. Interested parties submitting a quote shall acknowledge this amendment by completing one of the methods outlined in box 11 on STANDARD FORM 30. Interested parties shall still complete all relevant sections on the STANDARD FORM 18 (included with the original posting) and include it with their quote.
