- The Bureau of Indian Affairs, Great Plains Regional Office, Branch of Acquisitions is conducting market research and is issuing this announcement to seek potential sources who would be interested in providing Solid Waste Management Services for the Bureau of Indian Affairs, Pine Ridge Agency in Pine Ridge, South Dakota. This is a Sources Sought Notice only. This is not a solicitation announcement. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement. Any information submitted by respondents to this notice is strictly voluntary. The Contractor shall perform in accordance with standards outlined in the Statement of Work and with all applicable federal, state, tribal and local laws and regulations. As part of the requirements, the contractor shall provide personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services necessary to provide Solid Waste Management Services for the Bureau of Indian Affairs, Pine Ridge Agency. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 562111, and the small business size standard is $38.5M. Any interested and qualified sources are requested to provide a brief capabilities statement and letter of interest to Courtney Davis via email at courtney.davis@bia.gov. As part of your capability statement please include: - company name ¿ point of contact name, number, and email ¿ and indication of active System for Award Management (SAM) registration, including DUNS number.
