Description
GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Colorado City: Colorado Springs Delineated Area: North - Briargate Parkway South - S. Circle Drive at I-25 East - Peterson AFB West - I-25 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 22,427 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 26,284 Space Type: Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) Office Parking Spaces (Total): 150 Parking Spaces (Surface): 150 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 150 Full Term: 5 years Firm Term: 1 year Option Term: n/a Additional Requirements: n/a Action : Choose whether or not a fully serviced lease is required. Also choose 100 year floodplain unless requirement is identified by agency as a critical action. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 500 year flood plain. Action : for fbo postings, insert the following language only for potential sole source succeeding lease actions. Delete for procurement summary page. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Colorado Springs, Colorado that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government, will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government’s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. • Building name and address and location of the available space within the building. Proof of prior Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) Office project build outs. • Rentable square feet available and expected rental rate per rentable square foot, fully serviced. • ANSI/BOMA office area-(ABOA) square feet to be offered and expected rental rate per ABOA square foot, fully serviced. Indicate whether the quoted rental rate includes an amount for tenant improvements and state the amount, if any. • Date of space availability • Building ownership information • Amount of parking available on-site and its cost. Include whether expected rental rate includes the cost of the required Government parking (if any). • Energy efficiency and renewable energy features existing within the building • List of building services provided The Government’s decision regarding whether to relocate will be based, in part, on information received in response to this advertisement.
