- The Defense Logistics Agency, Aviation Wing, Warner Robins will acquire replenishment spare parts applicable to the ALQ-172(V) Countermeasures System using other than full and open competition procedures. A Firm Fixed Price, definitive contract is contemplated. Items/quantities are as follows: NSN's: 5895-01-291-9918-EW (LRU-7) and 5985-01-282-2882 EW (LRU-9); Applicable AN/ALQ-172(V) CLIN QTY 0001 6 EA First Articles 0002 2 EA First Articles (to be destroyed) 0003 2 EA First Articles 0004 2 EA First Articles (to be destroyed) 0005 Data 1 LOT Required Delivery is within 30 months after award of Contract. Solicitation will be sole source to Exelis Inc., 77 River Road, Clifton, NJ 07014, CAGE: 28527, pursuant to 10 USC 23049(c)(1). Detail drawings are not available from the procuring activity. Electronic procedure will be used for this solicitation.
