- Description
- The FLCN Phila Office is soliciting a requirement for Training Services for C-130T / USMC C9-B Aircrews and Maintenance Crews on behalf of the Commander, Navy Air Force Reserve, Air Logistics Training Center located at NAS Joint Reserve Base, Fort Worth, TX. Services include classroom instruction, use of training devices (three C-130 simulators, a C-130 Load Training Device and a fully operational C-9B training device, a full motion simulator to enhance aircrew training procedures and two non-motion simulators to teach C-130 ground courses), curriculum support, quota management and student services. FAR Part 15 procedures are being used. Award of a firm-fixed price contract is anticipated with a performance period of June 2014 - May 2015 and 4 one-year options. This requirement is being solicited as a Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned Small Business Set-Aside. The assigned NAICS code: 611512 / $27.5M. Request for Proposal N00189-15-R-Z016 will be posted to the NECO website on February 29, 2015.
