Description

DELL OEM 1130 1U SERVERS. Solicitation N00421-15-T-0108 is issued as a competitive procurement. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a competitive basis for DELL OEM 1130 1U SERVER (FM61J) WITH 2 X INTEL (R) XEON (R) E5645 PROCESSOR (A6667250). COMES STANDARD WITH RAM 32GB, DUAL POWER SUPPLIES, AND THE DUAL HEX (24LOGICAL CORES), under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 12 and 13. Preference will be given to Small Business Owners only. THIS IS A BRAND NAME/EXACT PRODUCT MANDATORY - SUBSTITUTES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. ***Basis for Award*** This is a firm fixed-price procurement; therefore, the offeror's initial offer should represent the vendor's best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability. Your quote must contain enough technical information to evaluate your quote. Your quote will only be evaluated on the information you provide. All interested parties MUST submit a quote no later than 20 January 2015 by 4:00 PM (EST). ONLY New Equipment, NO Remanufactured, and all items must be covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Similar or Substitute products will not be accepted. Interested parties must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) Database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any Department of Defense contract.
