- RFQ SPM4A8-15-Q-0059; Procurement of ONE (1) 6" SHRINKING AND STRETCHING MACHINE in accordance with Purchase Description VIBB 14-11-1052 dated August 14, 2014. The contractor shall provide One (1) 6" Shrinking and Stretching Machine, IUID, Tooling, Technical Date and Export Crate Packaging/Shipping. Quantity is 1 each. This solicitation will be solicited for award of a Firm Fixed Priced Contract. Solicitation will be unrestricted, full and open competition procedures. FOB at Origin with Inspection/Acceptance at Origin. QAP 215b shall apply. All contractual performance period requirements shall be complete within 120 days after receipt of award. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of technically acceptable, performance price tradeoff, price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The estimated solicitation issue date is January 15, 2015. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Intranet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.dla.mil/RFP to obtain a copy of the solicitation. Choose the RFP you wish to download.
