- Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment, transportation, disposal, supervision, and incidental related work necessary for relocation of the Public Affairs and Coast Guard Investigative Services Offices within Hamilton Hall at the U.S. Coast Guard Academy, New London, CT. The work includes installation of carpeting, doors, steel frames, exhaust vent fans, telecommunication raceways, and LED lighting and acoustic ceiling tiles, core drilling of wall penetrations, and construction of new wall partition and door openings. The anticipated construction time is 64 days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed; the actual on-site construction time is 42 days. The estimated cost range of this project is between $50,000 and $150,000. A Payment bond will be required. The applicable NAICS code is 236220, with a small business size standard $36.5 million. Solicitation packages will be available on or about 29 January 2015. The tentative date set for submitting quotations is 02 March 2015 at 4:00 PM EST. This acquisition is issued pursuant to FAR Part 15.1, and in accordance with FAR Part 19.5 is 100% set-aside for Small Business (SB) concerns.
