- Performance Work Statement This Request for Information (RFI) is for planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or obligation on the part of the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA). This is an RFI and is only intended to act as a form of market research to give the Government an idea of the current industry environment. No award will be made as a result of this request. DARPA does not intend to pay for the preparation of any information submitted or for the Government's use of such information. Based on the responses to this RFI, DARPA may issue a solicitation at an undetermined time in the future. Requirements: DARPA has a requirement for a Contractor to provide and manage the full range of classified Information Technology (IT) services, support, and infrastructure necessary to support DARPA and implement the DARPA IT strategic direction and operational objectives which will evolve over the course of the contract. DARPA's specific requirements are outlined in accordance with the attached preliminary Statement of Work (SOW). How to Submit a Response: Provide a brief capability statement that describes company qualifications and clearly identifies the following: Company name, cage code, Dun and Bradstreet Number, Company Address, Point of Contact name, Phone Number, and E-mail address. Please ensure the following are addressed in your capability statement: 1.A high level description of the Unified Cross Domain Services Management Office (UCDSMO), or Department of Defense/Intelligence Community (DoD/IC) Cross Domain Service Element (CDSE) certified solution to meet the requirements of the Multi-Level Domain (MLD). 2.If your solution is not currently certified by the UCDSMO or a DoD/IC CDSE to meet the MLD requirements, what actions are needed to complete the accreditation and what is the timeframe to complete those actions? 3.How many distinct classified program accesses (tri-graphs) can the MLD system support? 4.Experience with the Risk Management Framework process and controls for Certification and Accreditation requirements. In addition to submission of a capabilities statement, contractors are asked to submit comments, questions, or suggestions that the Government may take into consideration in the finalization of its requirements. Interested contractors shall submit a capabilities statement of no more than twenty (20) pages in length to Contracting Officer, Jimmy Hupalar at jimmy.hupalar@darpa.mil. Be sure to include the RFI number in the subject line of the email. Submissions shall be received no later than 12:00 p.m., EST on February 13, 2015.
