- This scope of work includes the build-out of 1587 square feet of space on the 12th floor suite at the Minneapolis US Courthouse, 300 South 4th Street, Minneapolis, Minnesota 55415. The DSS (Defense Security Service) space shall include a primary office space for three work stations, two private offices, office support area, general storage, Galley (sink w/ garbage disposal), LAN/computer room and conference/training room. Additional items include: Necessary mechanical, lighting and communications demolition. Provide required HVAC system modifications and new HVAC systems for the computer area. New & renovated lighting systems. Suspended acoustical ceiling systems. New painted drywall and security partitions. Wall, Floor, and Ceiling Finishes. New doors, frames, and hardware. Provide new electrical power & communication infrastructure. Fire Alarm system modifications. Fire suppression (wet-pipe sprinkler) system modifications.
