Description

This is a notice of intent to award a sole-source contract and is not a request for competetitive proposals. Naval Medical Research Center (NMRC) intents to solicits a proposals and enter into a contract with Hypoxico, Inc., New York. The statutory authority for this sole source procurement is 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) per FAR 6.302-1(c). The NAICs code for this is 423450. Naval Medical Research Center required that all contractor doing business with the Acquisition Office must be registered with the Central Contractor Registry (CCR)/System for Award Management (SAM). No award can be made unless the vendor is registered in System for Award Management (SAM).
