Description

This is a correction to the previous amendment Questions from RFP VA259-15-R-0133: (Q 1). You are only requesting five (5) projects for Section F, not 10. Is this correct? (A 1). Yes (Q 2). Criterion 2, Submission requirements - you are asking for us to indicate whether key personnel hold security clearance and if so, what level. Is a security clearance a requirement? (A 2). Security Clearance verbiage has been removed from Criterion 2. See amended pre-solicitation notice. (Q 3). Criterion 4, Submission requirements - you are requiring either a CPARS/ACASS evaluation OR a Past Performance Questionnaire to be completed on each one of the five projects we are submitting in Section F. Is this correct? (A 3). Yes (Q 4). Criterion 5, Submission requirements - you state - Offerors shall submit evidence of individuals' experience and qualifications in their respective fields. Additionally, documentation must be provided to show these individuals have worked together as a team on previous ¦..What is the documentation that you are requiring? (A 4). Completing Sections E, F, and G on the SF 330 will complete the documentation requirement to show these individuals have worked together as a team and their role. (Q 5). Criterion 6, Submission requirements - Are you looking for the Prime to be within the 150 mile radius? (A 5 ). Mileage verbiage has been removed from Criterion 6. The requirement is to indicate firms/teams location, and knowledge of location, including main offices, branch offices and any subconsultants' offices and demonstrate how the location of the offices will be advantageous to the Government. See amended pre-solicitation notice. (Q 6). Criterion 7, Submission requirements - you state - Offerors shall provide documentation or certificates as evidence of reputation and standing of firm. What is the documentation or certificates that you are requiring? (A 6). Specific achievements of your firm, such as publications, awards, certificates, or commendations from within the community that show you are a firm in good standing.
