- G15PS00132 SCA Wage Determination Questions and Answers The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) has a requirement for the regular maintenance of, emergency maintenance of, and training on the Minerals and Archival Retrieval System (MARS) Lab hardware and software. The MARS lab is located in Reston, Virginia. The period of performance is February 2, 2015 to February 1, 2016. There is one option period. RFQ G15PS00132 will be issued on or about 01/14/2015 with written proposals due on or about 01/27/2015. The NAICS code is 541513. The size standard is $27.5 million.
