Description

JOFOC for Microsoft Premier Support contract extension. On December 22, 2014, the Department of Justice (DOJ) Procurement Services Staff (PSS) executed a contract modification to extend contractor support for a period of three (3) months with the option to extend for an additional three (3) months. The Department is in the process of conducting a competitive procurement for these services during the period of this extension. The extension will ensure continuity of mission critical Microsoft-based systems for the Department until the new contract can be awarded and an adequate transition period has elapsed to allow any contractor other than the incumbent to assume responsibility for providing these services. It is anticipated that the award of a new contract for Microsoft Premier Support will be awarded on or before February 28, 2015.
