Description

The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting offers under Solicitation No. VA-786-15-R-0070 for the following service: The intent of an awarded contract shall be to perform Tree Services at Culpeper National Cemetery, Culpeper, VA The Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, transportation, equipment, supplies, materials, professional guidance & advice for and incident to the provision of Tree Removal and Stump Grinding Services at the Culpeper National Cemetery. The primary emphasis for the completion of this work is to preserve and improve the health and condition of the cemetery tree population. Work shall be performed in strict accordance with all terms, conditions, specifications, schedules and drawings. Performance shall be in accordance with the requirements, conditions, terms and representations contained in this solicitation, any pertinent OSHA Occupational and Safety regulations, and any State and/or local regulations, laws and codes. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The NAICS Code is 561730. Size standard is $7.0 Million. An electronic solicitation is available for download from http://www.fbo.gov on 01/14/2015. Responses to the solicitation are due at 2pm EST. on 02/02/2015. Any amendments to the solicitation will also be available at www.fbo.gov. Offerors are advised they are responsible for obtaining any amendments. Failure to submit all documentation required as required so, may result in your submission being determined non-responsive and removed from further consideration.
