Description

Renovation of office space. The project includes but is not limited to the following work: Tenant improvements to an office suite which includes selective demolition, new metal stud and drywall partitions, solid core wood doors in hollow metal frames, door hardware, plastic laminate cabinetry, finishes, HVAC and plumbing, lighting, power, data, revisions to existing sprinkler systems and fire alarm systems. Solicitation anticipated to be posted on or around January 6, 2015. Modification iissued on 1/6/15 to this posting is to issue the RFP. Modification to notice is issued to correct access control on package issued January 6, 2015. Amendment 01 issued on 1/14/15. Due date for proposals is extended to 2/10/15.
