- This is a combined/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this acquisition is NIH-OLAO-OD3-3621488, and the solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and its incorporated provisions are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC 2005-76). This acquisition will be processed as a fixed price requirement and is not a small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 339115, and the small-business size standard is 500 employees. The National Institutes of Health (NIH) has a need for Pentacam HR to include: Pentacam Scheimpflug Camera, XYZ moveable base, head and chin rest, Windows software, power supply, USB cable, dust cover, wooden design table, 21.5" iMac, wireless mouse, mini-keyboard and floating license key. Includes Pachymetry Software, Densitometry Software, 3-D Chamber Analyser Software, Corneal Topography Software, Belin-Ambrosio Enhanced Ectasia software, Holladay Report, Contact Lens Fitting software, Corneal Optical Densitometry and Indices Report. One Year Warranty on Parts & Labor. Must include Installation and Training.
