Attachment B Scope of Work 2015 HJCA Request for Quote and Scope of Work "THIS IS A SUBCONTRACTING OPPORTUNITY" Request for Quote Pest Control Services The Hartford Job Corps Academy (HJCA) and Education & Training Resources (ETR); located at 100 William Shorty Campbell Street, Hartford, CT. 06106, are desirous of a fully insured pest control services vendor to submit a bid on the federally funded project mentioned herein; and if successfully awarded the subject contract, to satisfactorily provide the following services according to the established criteria contained within same. All b idders must have a "Dun & Bradstreet" (DUNS) number to be awarded a federal contract and provide documentation of such. All bidders must be registered in "System for Award Management" (SAM) before being awarded a federal contract and provide documentation of such. Final bids are due to this center, not later than 16TH of FEBRUARY 2015 at 4:00 PM. MANDATORY WALK-THRU for all potential bidders will be on Center on January 27 th at 10:00 AM. There will be a mandatory Walk-thru sign-in sheet for all potential bidders to sign at the front gate. Point of contact for this project is the Purchasing Department.
