Description

VA Northern Indiana Health Care System (VANIHCS) will be soliciting offers for grounds maintenance to include snow and ice removal, and lawn care services at the Fort Wayne Campus. Contractor shall provide all necessary supervision, labor, tools, equipment, vehicles, transportation and chemicals necessary to provide full service now and ice removal and lawn care services at 2121 Lake Avenue, Fort Wayne, IN. Request for Quote (VA-251-15-Q-0086) will be issued on or around January 30, 2015. Anticipated award date is April 1, 2015 for a period of one year with four one-year option periods to be exercised at the government's discretion. No telephone requests will be honored. The government is not responsible to make available paper copies. Questions must be submitted in writing to the contracting officer. If contractors submit questions, they are strongly encouraged to do so within six calendar days after the issuance of the solicitation. Verbal questions will not be addressed. All responses to questions which may affect offers will be incorporated into a written amendment to the solicitation. Offerors are encouraged and are responsible for routinely checking the web site for any solicitation amendments that may be issued throughout the bid period. No individual notification of amendments will be provided. Offer due date and time will be included in the solicitation document. This is 100% set-aside for Small Business. The NAICS code for this requirement is 561730. The size standard is $7.5 million.
