- THIS AMENDMENT CLARIFIES THAT MILITARY SEALIFT COMMAND (MSC), NORFOLK INTENDS TO AWARD A LIMITED SOURCE FIRM FIXED PRICE PURCHASE ORDER TO PROVIDE ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURER'S (OEM) PARTS FOR SPERRE COMPRESSOR COSAL SHORTAGE REPLENISHMENT ON T-AKE CLASS SHIPS. OEM PARTS ARE REQUIRED. OFFERORS SHALL CERTIFY THAT PARTS ARE SPERRE BRAND NAME OEM PARTS. ANY OFFER FOR OTHER THAN OEM PARTS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. The estimated issue date for the solicitation is on or about 01 February 2015 with a closing date of 01 March 2015. Upon issuance, the solicitation and all required supporting documentation will be posted and can be found on FEDBIZOPS (https://fbo.gov/) under solicitation number N32205-15-T-3216. All requests must provide Dun and Bradstreet and Cage Code. Military Sealift Command (MSC) has a requirement for Class Buy for Sperre Compressor Cosal Shortages for USNS CESAR CHAVEZ (T-AKE 14), USNS CHARLES DREW (T-AKE 10), USNS MEDGAR EVERS (T-AKE 13), USNS WILLIAM MCLEAN (T-AKE 12), USNS MATTHEW PERRY (T-AKE 9), USNS WILLY SCHIRRA (T-AKE 8), USNS CARL BRASHEAR (T-AKE 7, USNS ROBERT E. PEARY (T-AKE 5) USNS ALAN B. SHEPARD (T-AKE 3), USNS RICHARD E. BYRD (T-AKE 4) and USNS AMELIA EARHART (T-AKE 6). The required delivery date is 07/31/2015. Military Sealift Command (MSC), Norfolk intends to award a firm fixed price sole source purchase order to Lee Engineering Supply Company. The estimated issue date for the solicitation is on or about 01 December 2014 with a closing date of 30 December 2014. Upon issuance, the solicitation and all required supporting documentation will be posted and can be found on FEDBIZOPS (https://fbo.gov/) and under solicitation number N32205-15-T-3216. All requests must provide Dun and Bradstreet and Cage Code.
