- Applicable Far Clauses 52.219-1 Small business representation DOL Wage Determination SF-1449 Solicitation/Contract/Order for Commercial Items Statement of Work This combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supply and service is prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This synopsis/solicitation is being advertised for Small Business Set-Aside vendors only. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; no separate written solicitation will be issued. The solicitation number is HSCG28-15-Q-PMW035 Applicable North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code: 238220 Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning Contractors: $14.0 (mil) This requirement is for a fixed price contract. The contract will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR part 13 and FAR part 15. Award determination will be made using Lowest Price/Technically Acceptable. When submitting your proposal, include the following: a. Price breakdown for the removal and disposal of existing HVAC system b. Price breakdown for new HVAC system c. Price breakdown for the installation and testing of new HVAC system Contractors shall also submit the attached 52.219-1 Small Business Program Representation with their proposal (see attached submittal) Target Range: $29,000 Anticipated award date: 10 business days after close of solicitation, OOA 16 February 2015 Quotes are to be received no later than close of business (3 p.m.) on 30 January 2015. Proposals submitted to other than listed fax or email address will be considered non-responsive. Quotations sent via the US Postal Service must be received at the below location before 30 January 2015. US Department of Labor Wage Determination No: 2005-2461, Rev 17 dated 12/22/2014 d. SCOPE OF WORK: Per attached Statement of Work, Contractor shall remove existing HVAC system and replace with new HVAC system at Coast Guard Clinic located at Coast Guard Air Station Borinquen, Aguadilla Puerto Rico. Geographical range: N/A Performance Period: Contractor shall complete this project within 30 days after award has been made to the Contactor. Site visit: Prospective bidders are highly encouraged to perform a site visit to the Air station to verify the requirement listed on the Scope of Work. Site visit is currently scheduled for Wednesday 21st of January 2015 at 0900 (9 am) only.
