Description
GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT NOTICE OF INTENT TO USE OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease at Melbourne International Airport in Melbourne, FL that will be expiring March 31, 2015. The Government intends to negotiate a succeeding lease for 1,623 ANSI BOMA Office Area square feet (ABOA) based on economic, mission, and other factors. The Government will consider alternative space only if economic and other factors are supportive. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, costs likely to be incurred through relocating such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, non-productive agency downtime, occupancy schedule, and quality of space. Offered space must be on airport property and all services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration.
