Check www.fbo.gov for any updates***** All questions regarding this SYNOPSIS should be submitted in writing to the following E-Mail address: Punnie.Chittchang@usace.army.mil. This Acquisition shall be competed as a 100% small business set-aside requirement. This synopsis is for the purpose of a pre-solicitation notification only. The US Army Corps of Engineers, Tulsa District intends to issue solicitation number W912BV-15-T-0019 to provide the Installation of Boundary Line Fencing, Great Salt Plains, Oklahoma. The contract type will be a firm fixed price contract for the period of 45 calendar days after award. A pre-conference meeting/site visit is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. CST, Thursday, January 8th, 2015 at Great Salt Plains Lake, Oklahoma to familiarize potential offerors with the general conditions of the performance site. Attendance is not mandatory but encouraged. The meeting point can be found at intersection of State Hwy 38 and State Hwy 64 in Jet, OK, turn South on 5th Street and go to city water tower parking lot, GPS approx. 36 3956.19N 981053.93W. At 10:15 am the group will continue to drive approximately 7 miles to the fencing job location near Great Salt Plains Lake. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this program is 237990, a Classification Code of Z2QA, and a business size standard of $36.5 Million. Magnitude of Construction: Less Than $25,000.00. The Government will award a contract resulting from the subsequent solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer is conforming to the requirements of the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government considering price. This solicitation will be issued via Internet only on FebBizOpps Website at http://www.fbo.gov. Notification of amendments shall be made via FebBizOpps only. It is the contractors' responsibility to check the above-listed internet address daily for any posted changes to this solicitation. Any amendments issued to the solicitation must be acknowledged by potential offerors. No corrections and/or changes to proposals will be allowed after the proposal submittal due time and date. Estimated solicitation issue date is on or about the estimated date of December 23rd, 2014. Quotations are anticipated to be due on or about January 15th, 2015.
