Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Quotation number for this requirement is W912J2-15-Q-1002. The 115th Fighter Wing Air National Guard is soliciting quotes for a requirement for the design, purchase and installation of glass closet doors to an existing space located at Truax Field, 3110 Mitchell Street, Madison, WI 53704. PLEASE SEE ATTACHED STATEMENT OF WORK and DESIGN CONCEPT. The anticipated award will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract. Per FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Items, the Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: BEST VALUE TO THE GOVERNMENT (COST AND TECHNICAL EQUAL). The government intends to award a contract without discussions with respective offerors. The government, however, reserves the right to conduct discussions if deemed in the best interest of the government. Per FAR 52.212-3 Alt 1, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, offeror is required to include a complete copy of this provision with its offeror. A site visit is highly encouraged to look at existing space and intent. If a site visit is desired please contact Katherine Pinnow via email at katherine.pinnow@ang.af.mil to schedule. Site visits will be granted up to January 26, 2015. FAR 52.232-18 Availability of Funds (Apr 1984) applies to this requirement as funding is not currently available. This requirement is a 100% Small Business set-aside acquisition. The NAICS code is 238150 and the size standard is $14.0. Schedule of Supplies/Services: CLIN 0001: Parts and Equipment 1 Lot CLIN 0002: Installation 1 Lot Electronic Documents: All electronic documents must NOT be quote mark secured quote mark, quote mark locked quote mark, or otherwise inaccessible. Submitter risks rejection if documents prove inhospitable to viewing and evaluation. Utilize standard Microsoft or Adobe formats, and net file size of all documents should be less than 5MB.
