Description

Amendment 009_Questions and Answers Amendment 009_Attachment #1 Amendment 009_SF30 The purpose of Amendment 009 is to: 1) Extend the question submission deadline to Tuesday, January 20, 2015 at 8:00am Mountain Time (MT). Any questions received after Tuesday, January 20, 2015 at 8:00am Mountain Time (MT) will not be addressed. 2)Provide contractor questions and government response. Please note this document contains both new questions and answers as well as prior questions and answers in order to serve as a single point of reference. Please note the Q and A from Amendment 002, dated 12/11/2014 as well as Amendment 003, dated 12/17/2014 must be signed and acknowledged via the SF30 form. 3)Revise the RFP Section L, Subsection C. Proposal Format from: Volume I, Technical Proposal, shall be submitted in an original and five (5) copies to: Volume I, Technical Proposal, shall be submitted in an original and eight (8) copies. 4)Add Clause 52.222-55 Minimum Wages under Executive Order 13658 (Dec 2014) to RFP P15PS00012. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
