Amendment 10_Q and A Sheet E-501 Amendment 10_SF30 The purpose of Amendment 010 is to: 1) Provide contractor questions and government response. Please note this document contains both new questions and answers as well as prior questions and answers in order to serve as a single point of reference. Please note the Q and A from Amendment 002, dated 12/11/2014 as well as Amendment 003, dated 12/17/2014 must be signed and acknowledged via the SF30 form. 2) Replace Plan Sheet E-501. This sheet was provided in Amendment 008 but the image was incomplete. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
