- J- 4: Exhibits: Food Storage Special Order F10-076-L-11, 7 pages J- 3: Dewey Road BMP Project Maps/Drawings J- 2: Dewey Road BMP Project Specifications for Construction of Roads J- 1: Wage Rate Decision No. MT150080, dated 9 January 2015, 10 pages RFP Solicitation No. AG-03R6-S-15-0005 Flathead National Forest - Swan Lake Ranger District, Dewey Road BMP. The Government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price construction contract for upgrading the roads shown on the attached map to current Best Management Practices (BMP) standards. The major items of work include, but are not limited to: brushing/clearing and grubbing (medium to extra heavy), reconditioning road surfaces for drainage along with culvert inlet/outlet cleaning, 18 inch and 24 inch corrugated steel pipe replacements/new installations, construction and reconstruction of road surface drain dips, and seeding, fertilizing and mulching. The project can be reached by travelling on US Hwy 2 for about 9 miles southwest of Kalispell, MT and turning left at Kila, MT as shown on the attached map. Follow the County Road for about 3 miles and turn left onto the Truman Creek Road. Follow Truman Creek Road for about 2 miles to the junction with the Wild Bill Road which is the beginning of the project area (See attached Project Map Area). The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 237310 Highway, Street and Bridge Construction and the small business size standard is $33.5 million. A pre-proposal conference is not be scheduled for this solicitation. In accordance with FAR 36.204, advance notices and solicitations shall state the magnitude of the requirement in terms of physical characteristics and estimated price range. In no event shall the statement of magnitude disclose the Government's estimate. Therefore, the magnitude is described in the following range: $100,000 - $250,000. The contract time is estimated to begin on 1 May 2015. See Section F. The Government will evaluate proposals using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection procedures in accordance with FAR 15.101-2. See Section M.
