- Army Research Institute for the Behavioral & Social Sciences (ARI) Request for Information- ARI TRAIN III Program (Research, Development, & Analysis for Army Training) The U.S. Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground, Research Triangle Park Division (ACC-APG at RTP), North Carolina, intends to procure research and studies services under full and open procedures on behalf of the U.S. Army Research Institute for the Behavioral and Social Sciences (ARI). With the rapid changes in and proliferation of Army needs, the ARI must continue to support building and sustaining an all-volunteer Force composed of highly competent and resilient Soldiers, adaptive leaders, and cohesive teams of Army professionals. The envisioned procurement, the ARI TRAIN III program, will be in support of these aspects of ARI's mission. This Request for Information (RFI) seeks to determine if there are sources capable of satisfying the Government's requirement. NO PROPOSALS are being requested or will be accepted under this RFI. Written feedback addressing the clarity, feasibility, scope, and potential alternative means of meeting the Government's requirement is sought. The anticipated North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this requirement is 541720, Research and Development in the Social Sciences and Humanities. Your response should identify your business size (large or small) in relation to NAICS code 541720. Please register in the System for Award Management, http://www.sam.gov, to receive a large or small business size classification. In assessing potential sources, ACC-APG at RTP is requesting representative capability packages from interested entities. Responses are limited to no more than 10 pages addressing your organization's knowledge and experience in the following areas: (1) Analyzing Soldier, leader, unit, and organizational development and training needs and requirements (2) Design and development of exemplar or prototype methods for Soldier, leader, unit, and organizational development and training (3) Design, conduct, analysis, and assessment of research interventions in Soldier, leader, unit, and organizational development and training (4) Design, development, and evaluation of methods for the implementation and management of Soldier, leader, unit, and organizational development and training programs (5) Design, development, evaluation, and incorporation of innovative state-of-the-art technology for efficiencies in Soldier, leader, unit and organizational development and training Additionally, please include any additional supporting sales literature describing the research and development services offered by your organization as relevant to the research interests cited above. This additional literature repertoire is limited to no more than 25 pages. Interested sources are encouraged to submit capability packages in response to this RFI. All submissions will be treated separate from, and will have no bearing on, any subsequent evaluation of proposals submitted in response to any resulting future formal Request for Proposals (RFP). The Government will not pay for information or comments provided and will not recognize any costs associated with submission of comments.
