- The purpose of this modification is to change the number of students back to the original count of 26 as per the Performance Work Statement. The instructor ratio 1:26 as per the performance work statement. The purpose of this modification is to change the number of students in the performance work statement from 26 by 7 for a new student total of 33. The instructor ratio changes to 1:33. This is notice that Naval Special Warfare Command, Contracting Office, Joint Expeditionay Base (JEB) Little Creek/Ft Story, Virginia Beach, VA 23459 intends to award a sole source Firm Fixed Price contract to Accuracy 1ST Inc. 10581 Mendota Rd., Canadian, TX 79014 for one five day course Long Range, High Wind Sniper Training. This procurement action is being conducted under FAR Part 13 for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority cited inFAR 6.302-1. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, interested parties may identify their interest and capability by responding to this requirement by 20 January 2015 at 08:00am Eastern time by email to trisha.cresswell@navsoc.socom.mil. Any such responses must be in writing and include technical and pricing information. A determination by the Government not to compete the contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Quotes are due by January 20, 2015 08:00am eastern time.
