- NWS Rotary Wing Synopsis. This notice replaces all previous notices for Request for Proposal (RFP): FA4890-14-R-0002. This notice replaces all previous notices for Request for Proposal (RFP): FA4890-14-R-0002. Air Combat Command, Acquisition Management Integration Center (AMIC) intends to award one contract as a result of this RFP for Rotary Wing Airlift in Support of the North Warning Systems in Canada. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 481211 with a corresponding small business size standard of 1,500 Employees. The RFP closing date is TBD, 3:00 pm, EDT. The Government expects to make award on or about 17 July 2015 based on availability of funds. Notice to Offerors: Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
