Description

General The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, VISN 4 Network Contracting Office (NCO), on behalf of the Wilmington, Delaware VA Medical Center is conducting market research to determine interest purchase Versacare P500 mattresses, Versacare upgrade kit for the Community Living Center (CLC). The acquisition strategy will be based on responses received from this notice. No refurbished, used items or partial quantities will be accepted. Specifics 1.Contractor will furnish all materials, equipment, labor, supervision and personnel necessary to accomplish the assembling and installation of the project as indicated on the Versacare P500 mattresses, Versacare upgrade kit, and a Totalcare Bariatric Plus bed. The contractor shall provide the manufacturer cleaning instruction for the Versacare P500 and the Totalcare Bariatric bed to ensure the VA meets the required SPS standards. 2. Contractor to provide, install, configure and program the following equipment (or approved equal) and all associated wiring, cabling and hardware. The contractor shall provide all technical training required to operate the VersaCare P500 mattress and the TotalCare Bariatric Plus TCB-655 bed, such that the VA can fully utilize the equipment. 5.All employees of the contractor and subcontractors shall comply with the VA security management program and obtain permission of the VA Police, be identified by project and employer, and restricted from unauthorized access. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 337910 Size Standard: 500, and the Classification code is 6530.
