- Tires Synopsis: This solicitation number is W912GY-15-T-0014 with the associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 326211 and a small business size standard of 1000 employees. This requirement is unrestricted. The anticipated posting of this solicitation is January 16, 2015, and closes January 26, 2015 at 2:00 PM, P.S.T. In accordance with FAR 5.102(d), availability of this solicitation will be limited to the electronic medium. This procurement is for the purchase of: TIRES VARYING IN SIZE AND USE All names/part numbers are or equal. For this solicitation: Delivery to Sierra Army Depot, Herlong, CA 96113 Bid MUST be good for 30 calendar days after close of solicitation. Shipping must be free on board (FOB) destination CONUS (Continental U.S.), which means that the seller must deliver the goods on its conveyance at the destination specified by the buyer, and the seller is responsible for the cost of shipping and risk of loss prior to actual delivery at the specified destination. *** Inquiries: All contractual and technical questions must be submitted in writing through Army Single Face Industry (ASFI) or may be faxed to 530-827-4722, Attn: Charee Harris or emailed to charee.k.harris.civ@mail.mil. No telephone questions will be accepted. Questions will not be accepted within 5 days of the closure date.*** Offeror must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). If the offeror is not registered with SAM, it may do so through the CCR website at http://www.sam.gov.
