- This is a Source Sought Notice only. This notice does NOT constitute a request for proposal, request for quotes, or invitation for bid. The intent of this notice is to identify potential offerors for market research purposes and to determine whether to set aside for small businesses. Army Contracting Command-New Jersey is specifically seeking Small Businesses (SB) with experience, personnel and capabilities to perform refuse collection and recycling service at 1LT McConnell USARC/AMSA #81, 420 Electronics parkway, Liverpool NY 13088.. The contractor shall provide all personnel, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, fuel and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide refuse collection and recycling services. The anticipated contract type will be firm fixed price with a 1 year base period and one (1) one-year option period. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 562111 with a size standard of $38,500,000.00. The Government anticipants a Firm-Fixed Price Contract and the anticipated solicitation date is To Be Announced (TBA). IMPORTANT NOTICE: Interested sources should email Contract Specialist, Fran Smith at fran.r.smith.mil@mail.mil no later than 19 Jan 2015 (10:00 AM EST).
