Description

This is a repair and alteration project to provide space upgrades for U.S. Probation Office and U.S. Clerk's Office in their 2nd floor relocated areas and to provide security enhancements on the 2nd floor related to the relocations. This project will progress in the following sequence: Propose, Award, Submit, Review & Approve, Construct. All submittals shall be approved by the Clerk, Probation, USMS, and GSA and will serve as the basis for beginning the construction work. The Magnitude of Construction for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000 All work must be completed within 60 Calander Days Bid Bonds are required Liquidated Damages in the amount of $99.19 apply daily Site visit scheduled to take place on January 20, 2015 2:00 AM
