- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This serves as a combined synopsis/solicitation posting for flooring installation on Fort Drum, NY, posted to Army Single Face to Industry's (ASFI) web page at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/ and www.fbo.gov. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment and material in connection with replacing existing flooring and cove base in the clothing sales store, building number P10730 located in Fort Drum, New York. All work shall be performed in strict accordance with the Performance Work Statement (to be provided with the solicitation), and subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. The contract type shall be Firm Fixed- Price Purchase Order. This procurement is one hundred percent set-aside for Small Business concerns under NAICS 238330, Flooring Contractors with a size standard of $15 Million. As prescribed in DFARS 252.204-7004, interested parties must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) under the NAICS 811212. Representations and certifications must also be on record. These registrations can be done through the System for Award Management (SAM) for free at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/.
