- Description
- Justification for other than Full and Open Compeittion The IRS intends to award a sole source contract to Vanguard Integrity Professionals (DUNS: 177655383) for Vanguard software maintenance and new Vanguard software products. The contract is being awarded on the basis of 41 USC 3304(a)(1) and FAR 6.302-1 "Only one responsible source". The contract is being awarded in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12 and Part 13. See attached justification for other than full and open competition for additional details and products being purchased. Contractors other than Vanguard Integrity Professionals who are capable of providing the products listed in the attached JOFOC shall provide a capability statement to the below listed Contract Specialist and Contracting Officer prior to January 21, 2014 in order to be considered.
