This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commodities for Office furniture for the Orlando Lake Nona VA Medical Center, Orlando, FL 32803. It is prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The combined synopsis solicitation number is VA248-15-Q-0584. It's issued as a Request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) This combined synopsis solicitation RFQ and the provisions and clauses incorporated are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-71 (NOV 25, 2013).
