This Request for Quote (RFQ) is hereby cancel. For does with GSA Contract, this RFQ will be publish in GSA-Library(E buy) as it is a mandatory source. The VA Caribbean Healthcare System (VACHS) San Juan, Puerto Rico intents to solicit a one time and Firm-fixed price contract for the following: 1 PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION OF PUMP#4 & PURCHASE ONE ADDITIONAL SPARE PUMP FOR THE MAIN CHILLER PLANT AT VA SAN JUAN. This hereby amendment is to correct item 1 from: ITEM 1: B&G VERTICAL SPILT CASE PUMP SERIES VSX-VSH MODEL(6X8X13-1/2A, BF, 20HP, 1200RPM, WITH 11.375" IMPELLER UNITIZED. EPR-CARBON/SiC (STANDARD) SEAL, WEG INVERTER DUTY MODEL NAME PLATE, WEG MOTOR TEFC, NEMA PREMIUM EFFICIEN 208-230/460/3/60 MODEL, 1320GPM, 45FT TDH. 2 EA To: ITEM 1: B&G OR EQUAL VERTICAL SPILT CASE PUMP SERIES VSX-VSH MODEL(6X8X13-1/2A, BF, 20HP, 1200RPM, WITH 11.375" IMPELLER UNITIZED.
