- The U.S. Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Grounds, Natick Contracting Division on behalf of the U.S. Army Natick Soldier RD&E Center (NSRDEC). intends to award a firm fixed price contract under FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) only one responsible source to Cadex Inc., Saint-Jean-Sur-Richelieu, QC, Canada for a Monorail Impact Machine and Accessories. Cadex Inc., is the manufacturer and has proprietary rights to this machine which is required to replicate and validate previous tests performed by the NSRDEC. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334519. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 6635.
