- Product List JOFOC SF1449 RFQ This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Dell Server and Storage Area Network (SAN) Equipment. This is a FAR Part 12 Acquisition. This is a Firm-Fixed Price type award. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is an unrestricted purchase. Delivery is required within 30 days after date of award. Quotes must provide Firm Fixed Pricing for CLINS 0001 - 0013. You are hereby invited to submit a Quote for the Product List, which is attached to this Solicitation. ****Please note the changes "highlighted in red" made to Line Item 2 and Line Item 13 of the attached Product List.**** You must be an authorized Dell Reseller and provide your certification with your quote to show proof that you are an authorized Dell Reseller. The NAICS Code is 334112 Computer Storage Device Manufacturing. Please be sure to complete, sign, date and include the following information with your quote: DTAR 1052.209-71 (TREASURY DEVIATION 2015-0002) Representation by Corporation Regarding an Unpaid Delinquent Tax Liability or a Felony Conviction under Federal Law (Jan 2015) The Offeror represents: (1) It is [ ] is not [ ] a corporation that has any unpaid Federal Tax liability that has been assessed, for which all judicial and administrative remedies have been exhausted or have lapsed, and that is not being paid in a timely manner pursuant to an agreement with the authority responsible for collecting the tax liability. (2) It is [ ] is not [ ] a corporation that was convicted of a felony criminal violation under any Federal law within the preceding 24 months.
