Description: Attachment 4: Cost Estimate Worksheet Attachment 7: Confidential Disclosure Agreement RFP15-0064 NBACC 2i Build Out Attachment 3: BNBI Terms & Conditions Attachment 2: BNBI Solicitation Provisions Attachment 1: Statement of Work with Appendixes Attachment 5: Davis Bacon Act Wage Determination Attachment 6: BNBI Reps & Certs Attachment 8: NBACC Visitor Request Form Battelle National Biodefense Institute (BNBI), Management and Operating Contractor of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, solicits vendors to perform a design and build construction project. This design and build construction project will be to remodel existing space located on the A Block 2nd Floor Interstitial Administrative Area. The project is being advertised as a turn-key construction project. All construction will be completed and comply with applicable construction codes for commercial buildings and Fort Detrick, MD Fire Code Regulations. Contractor will develop AutoCad construction drawings based on scope requirements and submit for approval before construction work begins. Final as-built drawings will be submitted at the completion of the project. Contractor will provide manufacturer submittal sheets for approval for all construction materials to include but not limited to architectural, electrical, communication, security and mechanical, etc... and finish casework.
