- (i)This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The Combined Synopsis/Solicitation number is W912D0-15-0010628279 and incorporates provisions and clauses for commercial items in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-78. This acquisition is set aside 100% for Small Business. The NAICS Code is 451110, Sporting Goods Stores with a size standard of $15.0 Million. (ii)The Regional Contracting Office at Fort Wainwright intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order for mounting (QTY: 1150) flexi oversize bindings onto combat NATO Jeger special skis. Service must be priced per each mounting (QTY: 1). Award will be made to the lowest priced vendor meeting the specifications of the requirement listed in the Performance Work Statement (Attachment C). All items shall be delivered in accordance with the Performance Work Statement - 1.2 Scope. Offerors are required to upload provision FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items into the System for Award Management (SAM), https://www.sam.gov/, before quote is submitted. The quote must include solicitation number, business size, discount/payment terms, estimated delivery date after receipt of order, and be signed by an authorized company representative. Offeror must include Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN), Cage Code, address, and be registered with SAM and Wide Area Workflow (WAWF), https://wawf.eb.mil/. All offers are due on 30 January 2015 4:00 PM AKST. All responsible sources may submit a quote. (iii)Submit questions via email to hallahan.k.good.mil@mail.mil on the question form (Attachment A) no later than 23 January 2015 4:00 PM AKST. Answers to all questions received by the date and time above will be posted to this notice.
