Description
Solicitation Package It is the intent of the General Services Administration (GSA), Public Buildings Service (PBS), Eastern Service Center (ESC) to renovate the judge's chambers on the second floor of the William O. Douglas Federal Building located in Yakima, Washington. The William O. Douglas Federal Building is listed in the National Register of Historic Places; therefore, offerors will be required to demonstrate past performance on projects of similar size, scope, and complexity that adheres to the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties. This solicitation is being released as a total small business set aside in accordance with FAR part 19.5 under the North American Industry Classifcation System (NAICS) code 236220. The small business size standard for this NAICS is $36.5 Million. The magnitude of construction for this requirement is between $25,000 and $100,000. A one-time site visit is scheduled for 9:00 AM PT on Thursday, January 22, 2015. All site visit attendees shall meet with Mr. Craig Frantz (GSA Project Manager) in the lobby of the William O. Douglas Federal Building. Offerors are not required, but urged to attend the site visit for a thorough understanding of the requirement. All attendees will be required to complete the sign in sheet provided at the site visit. Any and all questions arising from the site visit shall be forwarded to mark.salum@gsa.gov and christopher.towery@gsa.gov no later than 4:00 PM PT on Thursday, January 29, 2015. All Requests for Information (RFIs) will be answered by amendment only. Offers are due no later than 4:00 PM PT on Thursday, February 5, 2015. Offers in response to this solicitation may be submitted electronically (preferred) or by mail. Electronic offers shall be sent to: mark.salum@gsa.gov and christopher.towery@gsa.gov. Offers may be mailed to: GSA, Attn: Mark Salum, 904 W Riverside Ave, RM 135, Spokane, WA 99201. Offerors shall be fully registered in the System for Award Management (to include representations and certifications) by the date and time this solicitation closes in order to be eligible for award.
