Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to enter into a purchase agreement with New England Mobile Medical Equipment, 6047 E Taft Road, North Syracuse, NY 13212?3339. Galil Medical is the sole manufacturer of the product; distributor is New England Mobile Medical. This agreement is a onetime purchase for 44 ice rod plus kits and 11 cryo system kits. The North American Classification System (NAICS) code is 334510. Any interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities to respond to the requirement and furnish detailed data concerning their capabilities to provide the product. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements must provide written notification to the Contracting Officer by Friday, January 23, 2015 at 12 pm EST. Information should be sent to Barbara Charles Lead Purchasing Agent at barbara.charles@va.gov. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement. If no responses are received by the response date the Department of Veterans Affairs will proceed with the intended agreement. All questions concerning this requirement must be in writing and submitted via email to barbara.charles@va.gov.
