- The Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM), Product Manager for Infantry Combat Equipment (PdM ICE), Quantico, VA intends to award a sole source contract to Fechheimer Brothers Company, Cincinatti, OH, to produce 50 Modified Female Officer Dress Blue Coats as design prototypes with delivery within 60 days of contract award. These prototypes will be worn by female Marines as part of a Limited User Evaluation to gather user input and survey data. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competitive basis is solely within the discretion of the Government.
