Description

SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT: The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System University Drive 15240, is seeking to obtain any SDVOSB, VOSB and general small business sources for a de-install, relocate, and install of three (3) Siemens eCAM Dual Head Nuclear Cameras. This is not a request for competitive quotes. It is a notice to obtain possible sources that have the capacity and capability for providing these services. Brief Statement of Work: Scope of Work: The vendor will de-install, relocate, and install the three (3) Siemens eCAM Dual Head Nuclear Cameras, E.Soft Workstations, and peripherals down from the 10th floor to the first floor within the same facility, making them fully operational and ready for clinical use. An inspection will be performed prior to and upon completion of the relocations. Vendor will also provide service to equipment which will provide one hour initial response with four hour on-site response, 98% uptime guarantee, all spare parts that fail during normal use, next day parts delivery, Preventive Maintenance, telephone support, priority scheduling and remote service.
