- Signed amendment A00002 HSFE70-14-R-0041 This is a Request for Proposals. RFP number: HSFE70-14-R-0041 Department of Homeland Security (DHS)-Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) maintains a fleet of approximately 78 generators, stationed at FEMA Distribution Caribbean (Caguas, PR) to support emergency response operations. This generator fleet must be kept Fully Mission Capable (FMC) at all times for rapid deployment requirements. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform on-site generator maintenance, to include the performance of Annual Maintenance Services, Periodic Maintenance Services and Required Repairs for the FEMA generator fleet, as defined in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as Government furnished property and services. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. Responses must be received no later than 02/19/2015 at 9:00 AM Eastern Standard Time. Email all questions to Chase.Smith@fema.gov by 01/06/2015 at 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. Answers are anticipated to be posted by 01/21/2015 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-79. Read and review all attachments in full.
