- Solicitation, including specifications, for CA FTNP/NPS MOJA PRES 1(14) Plan set for CA FTNP/NPS MOJA PRES 1(14) This project is advertised as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The solicitation, including specifications, and plans are attached to this notice. This project provides pavement preservation treatments to the paved surfaces in Mojave National Preserve in California. The Project is broken into one schedule and one option to provide flexibility. Schedule A includes placing a single layer chip seal and microsurfacing on main route known as Kelso-Cima Road in the park. Schedule A includes approximately 400,000 square yards of Surface Treatment (1A) and 150,000 square yards of Surface Treatment (1C) and 770,000 Linear Feet of Pavement Markings. The Option includes micro surfacing on the Baker Residential Road in the park. Option X (Baker Residential Road) includes approximately 65,000 square yards of Surface Treatment (1C) and1,000linear feet of pavement markings. The contracting range for this project is between $4 million and $5 million.
